LEGO Fortnite Mecha Team Leader Display Case Assembly Instructions

Assembly Preparation

Component Check

Ensure that all component pieces are present within your parcel. This should include:

  • All Acrylic Panels (PN-1 to PN-7)
  • 8 Metalic Cubes
  • 24 Screws
  • 1 Allen Key

Film Removal

Your display case will come wrapped in a protective film to prevent damages during shipping. These may be in a variety of colors ranging from white, blue, or green.

Simply Peel Back this film and then your case will be ready to assemble.

Printed Panels

For Ultimate and Premium Sets. Your Display Case will come with printed panels. Some may be double-sided prints which will become apparent when the film is removed. We recommend arranging your panels to ensure they line up correctly and flow into each other.

Assembly Tips

To begin assembling your display case, start by securing four cubes onto the base layer (PN-6). These cubes act as the foundation of the entire structure, so it’s important to make sure they are secured in place before moving on.

Ensure that these cubes are NOT overtightened as this can crack the acrylic.

Once these cubes are fixed, the second base layer (PN-7) will slot smoothly into position, resting neatly within the cubes for added strength and stability. Taking your time here will make the following steps easier and help the case fit together seamlessly.

With the base secure, you can now move on to attaching the panels. The best approach is to fit them one at a time, holding each panel steadily until it is fastened into place. This allows you to maintain control of the structure as it gradually takes shape. While working your way around the case, make sure to also fasten the cubes positioned at the top, as these play an important role in keeping the display case firmly locked together. By tightening both the panels and the upper cubes, you’ll end up with a sturdy, well-balanced case that feels secure from every angle.

Finally, when you’re ready to place your model inside, you have two convenient options depending on what feels most comfortable. Many people prefer to leave the top panel off until the very end, allowing them to gently lower their set into the case from above without needing to maneuver it too much. Alternatively, you can remove the front panel and slide the model in through the opening, which may be easier for larger or more delicate builds. Both methods work equally well, so it simply comes down to your preference and the size of the set you’re displaying. Once your model is positioned, you can replace the panel and admire your finished display case.
