These Terms of Service apply to your use of bricknest.co.uk and to orders placed directly through the website.
The website and BrickNest brand are operated by TS Sales Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14755387. Our registered office is Surestore, Ninth Avenue, Burton On Trent, Staffordshire, United Kingdom, DE14 3JZ.
In these terms, “BrickNest”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TS Sales Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the website visitor or customer.
Please read these terms before using the website or placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
You may use the website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
Use the website in a way that breaches applicable law.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, customer accounts, servers or connected systems.
Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material.
Scrape, copy or exploit website content for commercial purposes without permission.
Interfere with the operation, availability or security of the website.
Submit false, fraudulent or misleading information.

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, compatibility information, photographs, dimensions and prices are accurate.
Colours and finishes may appear differently depending on lighting, photography and screen settings. Small variations may also occur between manufacturing batches without affecting the product’s intended function.
Many BrickNest products are model-specific. You are responsible for checking that the LEGO set number shown on the product page matches your set before ordering. Contact us before purchasing if you are unsure.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
LEGO models and other display items shown in photographs are not included.
Wall fixings should be selected and installed according to the wall type and installation instructions.
Products are intended for the model or use identified on the product page.

References to LEGO products, themes and set numbers are used only to identify compatibility and intended use.
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website and include applicable taxes where stated.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before an order is completed.
Payment must be authorised using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment services may be provided by third-party payment processors and may be subject to their terms.
We may correct an obvious pricing or product-information error. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you and offer the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a refund.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
After the order is submitted, you will normally receive an automated confirmation. This confirms that we have received the order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.
The sales contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly tell you otherwise.
We may decline or cancel an order where:
A product is unavailable.
Payment cannot be authorised.
The delivery address cannot be served.
We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or an unauthorised transaction.
Product, price or availability information contained a clear error.
A purchase limit has been exceeded.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
Risk of loss or damage passes to a consumer when the products are delivered to the consumer or a person identified by them to receive the delivery, except where the consumer independently commissions a carrier not offered by us.

Nothing in that policy or these terms affects rights provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations or other applicable consumer law.
You are responsible for following the product instructions and using fixings suitable for your wall, surface, product and installation location.
Before drilling or installing a wall-mounted product, check for concealed pipes, electrical cables and other hazards. If you are uncertain about the wall type, fixing method or installation, seek advice from a competent person.
Do not exceed any stated product capacity or use a mount with a model for which it was not designed.
Check the installation periodically and stop using the product if the mount, wall, fixing or supported model appears loose, damaged or unstable.
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable fixings, an unsuitable surface, misuse, modification or failure to follow instructions. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or affect your rights where a product is faulty.
The BrickNest name, branding, website design, original text, product photographs, graphics and original product designs are owned by or licensed to TS Sales Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and print website material for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, manufacture from, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected BrickNest material without written permission.
Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion or other content, you confirm that:
You have the right to submit it.
It is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
It does not infringe another person’s rights.
It is not unlawful, abusive, misleading or malicious.
Where you give us permission to publish submitted content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display it for the purpose communicated to you. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment, delivery, social-media and analytics providers.
We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by its own terms and privacy notice.
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may update, suspend or withdraw website features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of statutory consumer rights.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Products sold through the website are intended for domestic and private use unless stated otherwise. If you use a product for commercial or business purposes, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or data, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms and contracts with BrickNest are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain any mandatory protections provided by the law of your country or region.
Consumers living in England or Wales may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. Consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts where applicable.
