Premium Acrylic Display Case Guide by Bricknest

Assembly Preparation
Check Your Components
Before assembling your LEGO Wicket the Ewok, carefully unpack your parcel and confirm all components are included. Your Bricknest acrylic display case kit should contain:
-
Acrylic Panels PN-1 to PN-7
-
8 metallic display cubes
-
24 precision screws
-
1 Allen key
Having everything ready before you begin ensures a smooth, frustration-free build — especially for larger LEGO Star Wars displays.
Removing the Protective Film
Every Bricknest acrylic display case is shipped with a protective film to prevent scratches during transit.
The film may appear white, blue, green, or occasionally transparent.
Gently peel back the film on each panel to reveal the crystal-clear acrylic underneath. Once the film is removed, the panels are ready to use instantly — no cleaning or prep required.
Printed Panels (Premium & Ultimate Versions)
If you purchased a Premium or Ultimate LEGO Ewok Display, your set includes high-quality printed acrylic panels. Some panels feature double-sided artwork, which becomes visible once the protective film is removed.
Assembly Instructions
1. Build the Base Structure
Start by attaching four metallic cubes onto the bottom acrylic panel (PN-6).
These cubes form the structural foundation of your LEGO display case, so ensure they are firmly secured — but avoid overtightening, as excessive pressure can crack the acrylic.
Once the first layer is secured, place the second base panel (PN-7) on top. It will sit neatly within the cubes to create a strong, stable platform for your Ewok model.
Taking care with this step will make the entire assembly process much easier.
2. Attach the Acrylic Panels
With the base complete, begin fastening the side panels one at a time. This controlled approach prevents misalignment and keeps the structure steady as it takes shape.
As you progress around the case:
-
Hold each panel in position until it is fully secured
-
Tighten the top-mounted cubes to lock the structure together
-
Ensure all edges sit flush for a clean, professional finish
A properly assembled Bricknest display case will feel rigid, balanced, and secure from every angle.
3. Positioning Your LEGO UCS AT-ST
You can place your LEGO model inside the display case using one of two easy methods:
Top-Load Method (Most Popular)
Leave the top panel off until the very end.
This makes it easy to lower the LEGO Ewok straight into the case without rotating or squeezing it through an opening.
Front-Load Method
Remove the front acrylic panel, slide the model in gently, then refit the panel.
This method works well for heavier builds or delicate LEGO Star Wars sets where stability is key.
Both approaches work perfectly — choose whichever feels most comfortable.
Once the model is positioned, secure the final panel and enjoy your fully built Bricknest LEGO Wicket the Ewok Display Case
